So, I have almost been in Japan a month now. It has been quite hot and humid, but other than that it's been fantastic! I have already seen and experienced so many wonderful things. Outside of the Osaka area (where I live) I have also been to Kyoto's Kiyomizu Temple, and to many districts of Tokyo! (Akihabara, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, Harajuku, and Odaiba). I do not know where I'll go next, but I'm sure it will be exciting.

I have also enjoyed my host family thoroughly. I live with a mom and a dad and a 6-year old little boy. They have been nothing but sweet. The boy, Reize, loves Pokemon, Doraemon, and Shin-chan, so I've been watching that a lot. We also watch a lot of variety shows and talk about the differences between America and Japan.
